i liked the older songs better (e.g. Here Comes Santa Claus by gene autry & Go Tell It On The Mountain by the new christy minstrels), because of the nostalgic feeling they gave. (i easily could have skipped You Make It Feel Like Christmas by neil diamond -- yeesh!) plus, the great variety in styles of music is fun (e.g. from the more classical Jesu, Joy Of Man's Desiring by richard clayderman to the hawaiin musical stylings of arthur godfrey & all his little godfreys in Mele Kalikimaka), which makes it easy to listen to this CD more than once. yeah baby, this is a good one to git for yore yuletide collection!
