Yummy Buddy's Activity Book has been a great resource for me to use with my two year son. The book is an easy ready with lots of great illustrations. The book has fun facts, games, exercises, easy snack recipes, and tracking charts for exercise and fruits and vegetables. Although he is a little young for the some of the exercises that involve math, this is a activity book that he can continue to use for years.

I have found that this activity book has helped me in kitchen with my son. He asked for healthy snacks and helps prepare them. He loves to eat his fruits and vegetables and doesn't ask for junk food. I know that a lot of this is parenting but it is refreshing to read a book that does not use cookies or other unhealthy foods throughout the book.

I definitely would recommend this book to all parents.

The Yummy Buddy's Activity Book is chock full of good nutritional information for kids, helping them to learn the importance of eating the right foods -- and what happens if they don't. I have a copy that I share with my 7-year old granddaughter, and we go through the workbook together -- I watch while she does the activities. A good tool for parents and teachers alike.
