I purchased this unit to feature my new Sony Bravia 46 in. HDTV, Sony Blu-Ray player, and Sony home theater sound system. While not the easiest piece of furniture I've put together, it's not the hardest either. The most challenging part of the process is mounting the TV to the bracket. For this step, I recommend that you have two assistants hold the TV in place while you attach the TV to the bracket. Overall, the quality of the stand is very good; the glass shelves have a nice thinkness; and look is contemporary. The only niggle I have with the stand is that it has a weight bias at the back unit, and it will tip over backwards unless all of the glass shelves are installed. Additionally, the stand will tend to lean backward approx. 5 deg. from vertical when placed on a plush-carpeted surface. This indicates that it is better suited for hard-wood or concrete surfaces. Aside from the ample storage space, the best feature is that the TV mount can be tiled side to side. If it titled up & down as well as side to side, I probably would have given this product a five (5) star rating.

Got this TV stand with no tax and free shipping. Great deal IMO. It came in almost perfect condition, the long mount part along the sides, had 2 small dents on the edge. No big deal, its not very noticeable. It took me almost an hour or more to build, LOL. But it was very easy to assemble but I took my time. I got my panasonic LCD mounted and it looks great. I would recommend this tv stand :)
