Set-up went really well and I was happy with the way it looked. After using it for a few hours though it started to get really uncomfortable because the memory foam material in the middle of the seat would become really thin. This is bad enough to begin with, but the discomfort was really accentuated as I could start to feel the bolts within the seat. Keep in mind that I am not a large person and only weigh about 115 pounds. I now use the chair together with a seat cushion and that somewhat fixed the problem, however it's still a terrible design flaw on Z-line's part. I wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone keeping that in mind, but at least this particular issue is fixable.

This is a great chair for spending hours doing school work or typing an essay. Do not expect to lounge and surf the internet in this chair though. I did not find this chair very lounge comfortable.
