Saw this stand at a Frys electronics store. Ordered it from Amazon. It has a very clean look. The assembly instructions were very good. Took about 30 minutes to put together. One step requires the assistance of someone else (securing the top glass shelf) but otherwise was a one person job.

Would have given it 5 stars except that the trim pieces that fit in the holes for the wiring tend to come off and have to be set back in place. That's easily done and everything else was great.

Great Stand... and don't worry about broken glass... as it would be impossible to break with the extremely well packaged container it is shipped in.

With free shipping... you'd be nuts to pay $70-100 more at an off line store.... as it will be there in a weeks time. Speedy shipper... for sure. The right HEIGHT ... as the 20-24 inch stands are made for HUGE TV Sets. For smaller LCD tv's this is the perfect stand and it works really well and looks best too.

With today's shiny black PLASTIC TV SETS... you need to match the decor of the TV with the stand... and just take a look at how ugly the new LCD TV's look on any wood stand. Smoked glass and gloss metal is the only way to go... and get a perfect match.. where the TV seems to belong in the room. Wood does work... but you need to have the correct size wooden hutch... over the bottom wooden stand... which is always much more money, and then the wood doesn't match the other wood in your house anyways. This

is the way to go... believe me.... We live in a shiny plastic world with all goods coming out of Taiwan and China... so don't fight the change.. just join it... and leave the yesterday's 'quality' as something that died many years ago.

These do work.... and they do look good... so why complain.

Great stand and the Amazon price is much lower than you will find at any ADVERTISED SUPER LOW PRICE... offered by a store. And at amazon... the price is always low... and you don't have to wait for the SUPER SALE.

EXTREMELY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS AND EXTREMELY EASY TO ASSEMBLE. After you get it together, you will say... WHY DON'T ALL COMPANIES WRITE THEIR INSTRUCTIONS 'LIKE THIS'. Excellent job in making this consumer friendly and easy to assemble. Parts are not only NUMBERED, but sealed and can be viewed instantly... hard to describe... but you will love the way it comes and the way they tell you how to assemble.
