this chair's been great so far. (6 months of use) the leather's supple, the cushions supportive, and the ability to lean back and rock is exquisite.

Looks good but not great for lumbar support,

I have some good things to say about the chair, but overall I would not recommend the chair to anyone.
Good - Price: Given the type of chair it is, it was definitely value for money. - Costco Purchase: Given that it was one of the few chairs that Costco had in stores, I would assume that they have picked a quality product. - Looks: It definitely looks posh and in the past 8months that I've been using it (almost regularly for 4-5 hours), there has hardly been any wear and tear. - Adjustable: The height of the chair and the armrests both can be adjusted for your convenience. This makes it very customizable for each person. Bad - BIGGEST NEGATIVE -Lumbar support: For some reason, my back doesn't get any support in this chair, especially the mid-portion and lower mid-portion of my back. I can feel a void there as far as support goes. In fact I have been using a bed pillow in order to get some back support that allows me to sit in the chair for a few hours. In fact, without the pillow, every 30-45 mins I used to get back aches when I got up. Now, with the pillow that is reduced to every few hours or so. Given that I value my back and that I need something that supports my back if I am to sit in this chair for 7-8 hours every day, I will be returning this chair back to Costco and getting a higher priced but more comfortable one.

First it is made with cheap materials so I wasn't expecting it to last me more than a couple years, but it more or less died after 7-8 months of heavy use (8 hours a day).
The armrest bolts needed tightening every 3 weeks or so The seat padding went flat and as hard as wood after about 3-4 months Around month 5 it started squeaking heavily and has required monthly greasing The fake leather started cracking a few weeks ago so it doesn't even look good anymore. Avoid if you are looking for something to use regularly.

This chair is working for me and it's 'good enough', but not fantastic. No office chair is going to work great for absolutely everyone, so I can't exactly say that it's bad overall, just could be better.
PROS: 1. Easy assembly. I hate putting things together, but the directions were good and everything fit the way it was supposed to, so it wasn't too onerous. 2. Company customer service is top rate (had to contact them about something & had a great experience). 3. Solid, well-made, attractive chair. 4. Love the armrests, very comfy. I think I'd like them even a little more if I were taller. CONS: 1. The 'memory foam' feature seems to be mostly a marketing gimmick - this chair could use a little more foam of ANY kind in the seat (where it matters most). It's not horrible, but one of the reasons I chose this chair was because I assumed the seat would be at least a *little* cushier than others. It's not. 2. Lumbar support is adequate, but not exceptional. I'm 5'7" so it might be better lumbar support if I were taller, but maybe not. 3. I find that I have to reposition myself fairly often, to get my bum far enough back in the seat so that I can feel the lumbar support. This is probably partly due to the sliding effect you get with leather. This isn't a huge deal to me, but some people might be annoyed by it. 4. I definitely wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone who is under about 5'7", and needs to spend a long time sitting. My legs are just long enough that the height of this seat works for me when I have it at desk height, but if my legs were any shorter, the circulation in the back of my legs would be effected because of the way the seat is designed. I work all day at a computer, so I spend a LOT of time in this chair. Since I work at home I can get up whenever I want and take a break from it (which everyone should do anyway), so I've made it work for me. It's not a bad chair and I don't hate it, but I'm disappointed that I don't feel any of the benefits I was expecting from a chair with memory foam in its construction.

I've had a p.o.s chair for a long time now, this one blows it out of the water. The memory foam isn't tempurpedic, but it def gets the job done. Loosen the adjustment to rock and you are golden. Assembly was easy and i got a kick out the Nascar endorsement . Overall for the money, you can't beat this chair.

I have been having problems with chairs that loose their softness after a while. You feel like after a few months that you are sitting on a board. This chair was recommended by a friend and it is living up to it's reputation so far.

Good chair but damn high,

Ive been using this chair quite a while now and I must say that it is very supportive but it sits quite high. When I sit in this chair my knees smash against my keyboard tray on my desk, so I've removed the keyboard tray all together. My previous chair did not sit so high, but then again it did not have nearly this much padding. Very durable chair too. No cracks or broken pieces to report at all.

Chair is cool, but the cushion is a little stiff. Really sturdy and easy to assemble. There is white stiching around the edges so be careful. I dont care but others might.

Great chair for the price and gets lots of daily use in our house. Especially like the memory foam.

Don't believe a word you read on these other reviews. The padding on this chair is lousy. It feels like I'm sitting on wood. Plus, the odor from chemicals in the foam are giving me a headache. You've been warned.
