I find it fascinating how often furniture descriptions omit SO MUCH vital information, so I am going to try to include all of that for you here.
First of all, as to DIMENSIONS - the overall size is 55 inches WIDE X 22 inches HIGH X 21 inches DEEP. The HEIGHT is 22 inches, which makes it ideal for placement at the foot of a bed built close to the ground. Each shelf has its own unique size - in inches: TOP SHELF 55 WIDE x 16 DEEP rated to hold up to 150 pounds. MIDDLE SHELF 47.5 WIDE X 16.5 DEEP with 8 7/8 inches of HEIGHT clearance rated to hold 65 pounds. NOTE that the middle shelf loses one inch of clearance on each side width-wise due to the supports for the upper shelf, so the usable width of the middle shelf without obstruction is 45.5 inches. There are no obstructions on the bottom shelf. BOTTOM SHELF 47.5 WIDE X 19 DEEP with 8 3/4 inches of HEIGHT clearance rated to hold 65 pounds. Note there are 2 inches of clearance UNDER the bottom shelf for hiding wires, outlet strips and such. Also factor in I would suggest leaving at least 3 inches behind the unit to the wall so that you can adjust wires as needed without having to move the entire unit, as it is NOT on casters, perhaps my only strike against it. The wire maintenance is handily facilitated by the fact that the back support has adequately sized holes to accommodate threading even electrical plugs through it and keeping them mostly out of sight. Adequate wire management holes are provided for both the bottom and middle shelves. OK SECONDLY, as to assembly: Truly a pleasure. Excellent manual written in plain English (a rare gem these days), and all of the parts are extremely well labeled and well-packed. Despite what the manual says about needing two people to attach the top shelf, I was able to do it alone. I found it was easy to do if you put the entire unit on its feet and install the top shelf FIRST, using some items stacked in the center of the unit to balance the shelf upon while you secure the screws. My ONLY complaint in the construction process is they stuck these ridiculous LARGE warning labels on all of the glass shelves which required a razor blade and a lot of scrubbing to remove. These warnings belong IN THE MANUAL, NOT CRAZY GLUED TO THE GLASS. Overall construction time: 30 minutes to unpack the box and prep the area 30 minutes to remove the silly labels from the glass shelves 1 hour to build Total 2 hours for one person ALONE. Only tool you need is a philips head screwdriver. Overall a pleasure to assemble - I've assembled a lot of furniture in my day, and this one was one of the least aggravating ever, even with the ludicrous glass stickers. The box weighs close to 100 pounds when it arrives, so DO NOT underestimate the value of free AMAZON delivery here folks, not only in money, but also in your possible future hernia surgery if you make the mistake of buying something like this at WALMART. STABILITY: Very stable, doesn't wobble BEAUTY: Gorgeous - in fact it is SO attractive I actually spend a decent amount of time now just admiring the stand and not even turning the TV on. Pictures do not do this unit justice - you need to admire it in person. The sides and back both have a very elegant and attractive wood grain finish, the smoked glass (they are tinted, not 100% clear) shelves are extremely attractive, and even the hardware that holds it together has a very sophisticated and elegant look. You will NOT be disappointed. VERSATILITY: I searched long and hard to find a stand that was wide enough to hold up to a 60" diagonally measured TV, tall enough to not get lost at the foot of my bed, with 2 high enough shelves beneath the top for component storage. Most stands in this class are significantly shorter, or they miss the boat by making the shelves in crazy circular shapes thus sacrificing usability for beauty (same fatal flaw my exwife had). This stand will let you put 2 component stacks on EACH shelf with almost a foot left empty between them for storage or display. I've got the TV on the top, amplifier and DVR and DVD and VCR on middle shelf, cassette player and VCR and videogame on bottom shelf. And the amp has plenty of room for ventilation. WARRANTY: A lifetime warranty is included, and the manual says that if any items are missing or damaged (which they were not in mine, mine was PERFECT - thank you AMAZON!), you can just call ZLINE for a replacement, though I am certain AMAZON will assist you as well in the rare event of a problem. OVERALL: I'be been through probably 10 TV stands in my life to this point, and I honestly think this will be my last. I have finally found perfection (if only I could say the same in the wife department). The only things I would change, if I could are: 1) add 2 inches to the height, which actually would be accomplished by #3 2) make the unit roughly 7 inches wider 3) add locking casters for ease of mobility 4) DREAM FEATURE: make the back panel a power strip, so that you plug in the furniture and it provides 6 outlets on each shelf of available power and a built-in shutoff everything switch. Further thanks to AMAZON for making the buying process SUCH a pleasure with no sales tax, free shipping, expedient delivery, and stellar customer service. BOTTOM LINE: This stand is SO BEAUTIFUL it almost eliminates the need for the TV. BUY IT, you'll be glad you did.

We decided to move our TV and set top boxes to a different more cozy room. WE wanted a nice TV stand, but nothing that would leave us broke and wondering why we made the decision... :) - The Z-Line fit the bill. It was used for our 46" Sharp Aquos, which is piano black but blends in nicely with this stand being that the shelves are all glass.
It took us about 20 minutes to assemble the stand and put it in place. All of the necessary hardware was included and clearly marked which makes it gain super high marks. Usually when buying furniture that you have to assemble..its like putting a car engine together. The manual, the screws, the parts, were all labeled to perfection and thus I highly recommend this product. Amazon used FEDEX to ship it and the driver did need help bringing in to the house. The BOX is quite large and quite heavy due to the glass. Z-Line did a great job in packaging and thus there was NO damage what so ever to the package. Excellent product 5/5 Quick EDIT: The top shelf can hold a TV up to 150lbs and the other two shelves a total weight of 65lbs each.

This stand looks VERY nice holding our flat screen which still sits on its base and the various components. It is very subtle in its appearance other than the curved styling which I think goes extremely well with a flat screen as sort of a "modern" look. It is extremely easy to assemble (allen wrench (provided) and a phillips-head screwdriver) and extremely stable. You don't want a wobbly stand holding your thousand-dollar plus flatscreen.
Absolutely 5 stars....I laughed when it said 50 minutes to assemble figuring that will be 2 hours and it was more like 45 minutes with a trusty 7-year old assistant who wanted to put in all the allen bolts....again, assembly is very easy. Our other options were the in-stock stuff at Best Buy or $1,000 pieces of furniture and this is, in my opinion, a far better choice. Would absolutely recommend!
