Purchased directly from Amazon last week but returned it the next day. Shipping box looked like it had been retaped and the chair itself looked like it had seen better days. Frame was dirty, the metal was scratched, and the paint was chipped in places. Overall, I was disappointed at how flimsy the chair is - it tends to tip backwards when you first sit down. In addition, the frame scrapes against the back of your legs, the foot rest is positioned awkwardly, the padded armrest comes out of position easily, and I felt like I was sliding forward in the seat. On the plus side, the carrying case is very nice and the chair is very lightweight. As an owner of numerous E-Z Up products, the chair definitely doesn't meet their usual quality standards.

I bought this chair six months ago and have used it at home and at craft shows. It's amazing! It is roomy and comfortable, and easy to set up and take down. I didn't think I'd use the carrying bag, but it's so easy, I find it very handy. So far it's holding up well and feels sturdy. I would recommend to anyone.

Bought the chair because I had seen someone at craft fair using one. Liked the looks and height. The first time after I used it I noticed the seat had a small one inch rip (it literally came apart at the seams). I am far far below the weight limit and only used it for about 6 hours. I would like to return it but my husband threw away the box once it was opened. Needless to I cannot use it anymore.

These chairs (got two) are awesome. Very sturdy and very comfortable. We have used them at inside shows and outside also. Would advise anyone looking for E-Z UP directors chairs to order these.
