Zap is a terrific product. I used it on the bathroom of a rental property I own. It looked as though the previous tenant hadn't ever cleaned the bathroom. It was disgusting. You couldn't even tell the grout was once white! I sprayed the Zap Restorer onto the tub and toilet, let it sit for a few minutes and simply sprayed it down. The grunge and grime came off with no scrubbing. I also sprayed the surrounding ceramic tile, let it sit. Had to use a little effort to get the grout white again, but none of the other products I had tried (CLR, OrangeGlow etc) worked.

Also tried the Zap Wood Restorer. This product is also amazing. I used it on an old wooden microwave cart that had been left outside in the sun for well over a year. The wood was so dry and lite in color that it looked as though it was bleached by the sun. I applied some of the Zap to the top of the cart and you could immediately tell the difference, it looked like it was brand new.

ZAP is a great product for cleaning grout. Please note that it is not as simple to use as one might expect. I did have to get on my hands and knees and scrub the grout. Keep in mind that my grout is only 2 years old (brand new home that my husband and I built). I would recommend the product, but caution those who may think it's a "spray and wipe" type of product.
