With ZOMM you will never miss another important call. ZOMM notifies you of an incoming call when paired with your mobile phone. Your ZOMM will vibrate, flash and ring when receiving a call. One push of the center Z-button and your ZOMM becomes a fully-functioning speakerphone with a noise-canceling microphone. Press the Z-button twice and your incoming call goes directly to voicemail. You can use your ZOMM to answer calls when reaching for your phone would be inconvenient or unsafe. When used as a speakerphone, ZOMM provides up to two hours of talk time on a single charge.
Personal Safety Device
You can feel safe with ZOMM. Have you ever found yourself in a potentially dangerous situation? Have you ever had an emergency and needed help immediately? ZOMM gives peace of mind knowing that help is only a button push away. Hold the center Z-button for 9 seconds and your ZOMM will sound a loud panic alarm. Continue to hold the button through the alarm and your ZOMM will automatically dial emergency assistance from anywhere in the world. In a situation where you can not speak, a pre-recorded message will tell the operator to send help immediately.

A Wonderful Idea That Just Doesn't Work,
This review is from: ZOMM Wireless Leash, Bluetooth Speakerphone, and Personal Safety Device for Mobile Phones (Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
When I purchased this product, I read all the reviews on Amazon first but neglected to do a little checking on who wrote them. Amazingly, the glowing reviews came from people who reviewed just one product - this one. And the same exact reviews (word for word) were on both pages for the white and black Zomm products. Not that I think anyone plants reviews on Amazon to sell products...but it does make one wonder.
Although at first it sounds like a wonderful idea (good enough for me to buy 2 Zomms), the Zomm suffers from one fatal problem (for most people) - it is really just a Bluetooth headset with a disconnect alarm. It's not really a "Wireless Leash" as the advertising says, just another headset. And what does that mean? First and foremost, it means that when you install and select the Zomm it automatically de-selects and replaces any REAL Bluetooth headsets on your phone. If you currently use a wireless Bluetooth headset (I live on my headset), you CANNOT use it when the Zomm is selected. If you de-select the Zomm to use your headset, then the alarm goes off! You are forced to use the handset or the "speakerphone" option of the Zomm. My Plantronics headset is now useless. And when you start your car (if you use a built-in hands-free system), either the Zomm gets disconnected by the car (and then the alarm goes off!) or your hands-free system is now useless. Which means that, if you keep the Zomm selected in the car (in order to silence the alarm), you must then use the Zomm speakerphone option to make calls (making a non hand-free call is illegal in my state). And without the noise-canceling built into my automotive hands-free system, all the road noises interfere with the call and essentially my phone is useless. So, if you normally use a Bluetooth headset or a hands-free system in your car, this is NOT the product for you. Interestingly, none of the reviews on Amazon even mentioned this problem. Neither did the Zomm website or the enclosed instruction manual. So much for honest advertising. (And yes, this is my first Amazon review. Why did I write this review? Generally I am happy with my Amazon purchases and I am usually technically savvy enough to know what I am buying. But with absolutely NO disclosure of this basic weakness, I stupidly spent $150 for 2 of these devices and spent an evening trying to make them work. Tricking people into buying your product by hiding important details is just plain wrong. I don't want anyone else making the same costly mistake I did. And yes, I will be returning the 2 Zomms I bought on Amazon.)

Good but nees one more feature,
By Connie (Connecticut) - See all my reviews Pros: There is a feature that beeps when your cell phone is out of distance with the Zomm. I was testing the speaker feature it and recieved a call and clicked on the Zomm. It answers the phone and the speaker is clear to hear the person at the other end of the call even when the Zomm was on a table about a foot or more away. The caller said it was clear too. It has a panic alarm and some other features which I really don't know how to use yet. It depends on how long you hold the center button down.It can answer a phone call or disconnect by sending it to vocie mail if you click twice (I have not tried that yet), When a call comes in it vibrates and lites up. There is only one button, a center button. You get a electic adapter with it and a USB connection to download updates, and a ring to attach to your Zomm. I really like the speaker phone feature. Cons: One of the reasons I bought the Zomm was to locate my cell phone. As far as I can see it does not. It only sounds an alarm when it is about 30 feet from the phone. This is inmportant, an alarm means nothing if your cell phone is lost or if the Zomm is not charged enough to beep.So I guess you can say it monitors the phone before you misplace it. You can but the Zomm brand new on [...]. free shipping.

Zomm,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: ZOMM Wireless Leash for Mobile Phones, Bluetooth Speakerphone, and Personal Safety Device - White (Wireless Phone Accessory)
My Zomm was bought for a self birthday present. The feature of buzzing when I have a call is useful if I was in a loud room, but I felt the Zomm distance to cell phone when it alarmed that the phone was out of range could be a lot longer distance. I should be able to go to the basement with the phone in my pocket without the alarm setting off. But yet, that alarm is loud enough to definitely remind me my cell is awol.
