I purchased twelve plates and I am down to nine and have chips in six of them. They would probably have lasted longer if I didn't have to hand wash my dishes. The bowls and smaller plates have faired far better.

The coffee cups are stained and the plates and bowls have stained in the past but the staining washes away after a couple of uses.

I love the turquoise crackle and the dark brown/black underside. I wish I could find something that looks just like this set that would last longer.

These dishes are gorgeous, but they chip and crack VERY easily. Red sauces stain them very easily. I have had mine for a little over a year and every plate has a huge chip out of the side. Last night , my friend was holding a plate and it just shattered in his hand for no reason. Keep looking, these aren't worth it.
