My sister absolutley loved this product. She wears it on her pandora bracelet with no problem and says it is a piece that means so much to her since he came from my son.

Poor Customer Service
I received this item (I have purchased sterling silver beads from this company before) and it came all tarnished and copper in color. When I have ordered in the past everything is a nice clean sterling silver and has been great. When I called the number on their business card they provided they said they couldn't do anything except send me a polishing cloth to try to...

I received this item (I have purchased sterling silver beads from this company before) and it came all tarnished and copper in color. When I have ordered in the past everything is a nice clean sterling silver and has been great. When I called the number on their business card they provided they said they couldn't do anything except send me a polishing cloth to try to clean it.Thank goodness for amazon customer service because they refunded me 100% and i will probably try to find another bead elsewhere.
