Sorry but the bead did not look like the image shown. I was disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews often, but I felt I had to regarding this item.
The image shown looked great and I was excited to get this item. Though, when it arrived I did recognize that the bead was differend from the photo shown. The snout was less detailed, as were the ears. The muzzle was also more pointy (with a smaller nose...kinda hedgehog looking), the eyes were further up and smaller looking, too. I wish I could attach an image (like in packaging feedback but it's sadly not possible.
I am rightnow waiting to hear back to get this bead returned (had to call in since it was impossible via logging on). I wished it looked like the item advertised. The packaging was BTW great and it came in a pretty jewely gift box with purple bow on it.

This is a wonderful charm for anyone who loves Labrador Retrievers. Looks great on any bracelet!
