I ordered 2 of the 7" bracelets, one for myself and the other as a gift. The products came very quickly. Once I put my charms on, however, I found that the bracelet was going to be too tight. I went through the return/exchange policy, mailed back the bracelets, and exchanged them for the 8". I was very impressed with the ease of this process, and especially the speed. I mailed the bracelets on a Sat. (from North Carolina) to NY, and received the new items the following Thursday. I also love the quality; it is beautiful, easy to use, and the smart beads are very useful. I highly recommend this bracelet.

Purchased this bracelet 2 wks ago. Stopper beads are great & do not move at all. They hold my beads in place perfectly. I have a small wrist & do not like bracelets to slide too far down onto my hand. This one fits great with the 5 beads I have. There is still enough room to fit all my future beads too, with a little room to move around. The clasp is a bit stiff to open but I can clasp & unclasp the bracelet myself. I couldn't have found this bracelet size anywhere in stores. Love It!

I bought this for my future daughter and was very pleased. It was perfect and look sturdy but also looked expensive. It also fit the charms nicely. Would definitely recomend buying this item
