5.0 out of 5 stars Indispensable
If you're traveling to London, this book is an absolute necessity. Zagat reviews are still the most accurate and pertinent of any on the market and having them condensed into one place makes this the best you can get. And yes, it's better than their online mobile version which I subscribe to and yet find far less convenient and therefore less valuable than the actual...

1.0 out of 5 stars Great for millionaires
I like Zagat's theory of aggregating thousands of reviews to find the truth. However, this book is just about worthless unless you are a millionaire who just happens to be visiting London. There are scant reviews of cheap places to eat. Most reviews are for restaurants and pubs that are 35+ Pounds (that's $50 US) for a meal for one. The book defines a meal as "dinner...

The book defines a meal as "dinner with one drink and service." Many of the reviews are for meals in the 50-60 Pound range (that's $82-$98 US) and go all the way to 120 Pounds ($197 US).

There are only a few reviews for restaurants that offer meals in the 17-20 Pound range. I really hope that there are cheaper restaurants in London when I go there in a few months. If not then I will be in real trouble.

The book is also fairly thin and doesn't have as many reviews as I thought. I am going to return it and look for another title.
