Chicago, like any large city, has thousands of restaurants. This handy restaurant guide has a really good cross section represented. From the Half Shell, a neighborhood favorite to the larger better known popular restaurants like Wildfire, Maggianos and Spiaggia you'll find basic information with regards to food quality, atmosphere, and price.
NOTE: The back of the book has a section on Milwaukee restaurants. This section is not as comprehensive as the cross section of the Chicago restaurants, but if you haven't been to Milwaukee to dine you will find several fine restaurants listed. If you are a native of Milwaukee you might find some of your favorites are missing.

I have used Zagat guides since they were first purchased. I never go to a restaurant without checking Zagat first. The book pays for itself the first time you use it to pick a restaurant. This is the only restaurant guide you will ever need.
