Upon the first use of these glasses, I added a slice of lime to my water...big mistake, it was like acid and has permanently clouded the glass. Overall they are fine as long as you don't add any lemon or lime to your drink.

I have ordered and received my second set of these attractive handled-tumblers. What I learned from the first set was to avoid putting them in the dishwasher -- even the top level. I was prepared for the cloudy appearance, but not for the cracks in the bottom of the inner layer. The cracks, of course, meant they were unusable and had to be tossed out. However, these tumblers are perfect for me in size, weight and a perfect large handle, so I ordered another set. (I considered switching to insulated glasses, but their smooth sides and price quickly changed my mind.) This time around my Zak tumblers will be hand-washed so I can keep them a little while longer. By the way, I drink iced tea with lemon, lemonade and limeade from these tumblers a lot and I've never experienced any clouding of the plastic -- just from the dishwasher!

These aren't BPA-free and can't be put in the dishwasher. But they don't sweat so you don't need a coaster. Great for cold drinks only.

Over 15 years ago, I bought 4 of these glasses, and have used them "daily". This is 'my' glass and all my famiy knows it. Over the years, some have broken (by being dropped) and have become stained with so much use. I thought I would never find them again. Then googled "Zak designs" and Voila! I found them again. I purchased 2 more sets so my grandchildren and children could also use these great mugs for drinking "sweet tea" @ grandma's. Then as a gift I bought 2 more sets for each of my children's homes. My grandkids are delighted -- they now have "grandma's mugs" at home. I am so glad they continue to make these and I now have pretty and clean ones to offer my guests. This is my all time favorite drinking glass.

Keep cold liquids cold and have had no problem washing in top level of dishwasher. Stunning colors do not fade or discolor...the pros at Home Depot tell me clouding is often result of dishwashwer product used and whether or not jetclean is added. Only con is these are mugs (not tumblers) and hence aren't really stackable

I bought a set of these glasses about 5 years ago at Target and have been searching for a new set ever since. I was was very delighted to see Amazon had them. I checked the bottom of my old set and to my surprise, Zak made them also. They keep product cold and has a handle where most glasses do not. I can set them anywhere and they never leave a ring on the table. I recommend these glasses. I love them. I now go to Amazon to look for products before I go anywhere else, they are usually cheaper.

These work great if you are looking for insulated tea or larger mugs....no problem in the upper rack of dish washer.

I love these cups. They are the perfect size for a can of soda and lots of ice, they don't sweat or leave water rings on the table, the colors are bright and cheerful and they are made of good sturdy material. I use them all the time.

This product was exactly what I hoped it would be-- the glasses are lightweight and the colors are very festive.
I also liked the fact that the glasses had handles Thank you again for a great product!!

I have a glass desk top and coasters just slide around. I end up putting my glasses on pieces of paper towel, etc. Plus, my fingers are sometimes swelled up and it's hard for me to grab a glass around the outside.

Why I love these:

I don't plan to put them in the dishwasher nor do I plan to put citrus in them. (These were both mentioned, below.) This is mainly for use with ice with water or cold tea.
