Poor instructions and difficult to build and set up. You have to go into command code to activate the remote. The hard drive cage and optical drive cage are a PITA! You need a long screw driver with a magnetic tip to install the mounting screws. The new version is greatly improved with better cages. If you want to use Vista and Zalman the new version of this case is the best that Zalman has to offer. The Upscale touch screen model does not work with Vista ATT. I'd recomend Silverstone over the Zalman cases even if the Silverstone is made out of steel and not aluminium as is the Zalman. After the install and getting the bugs worked out this unit is pretty good - getting to this point is the hard part.
