not only cheap but pretty quiet, i know they make crazy super silent ones, but unless you wanna bust out the credit limit on ur c/c these are 5/5 for the price. even comes with a resistor to make them slower/quieter

I've bought quite a few of these. I've installed them in a number of different places. They push or pull a good amount of air and do it relatively quietly.

I've found out through experimentation that you don't need a fan blowing into the case so much as a large amount of air exiting the case. The reason for this is that once you blow the hot air out of the case, the incoming air has to come from somewhere - and you don 't need an incoming fan from that. My case temperature sensor seems to prove that point well.
The only time to blow air into a case I think is if you want to blow it on a component that needs direct cooling - like a video card or the cpu unit.
Anyway this fan works well. A little noisy - but if you want to keep you case cool, that is the price you have to pay.

The F1Plus works well. Its not too noisy. Fits perfectly in the cases. The silicone pins are good for intake vents, use case screws though on exhaust vents.
