This is a ``chronicle of Zane Grey's ad ventures and extensive travels, most of which occurred after 1910.'' Included are chapters, all illustrated with family snapshots, of Grey's time in the West, his experiences with movies, and his numerous fishing expeditions. Neither the text nor the pictures, however, pro vide us with any remarkable insights into this famous writer's personality and character. Written by his son, the book is largely a laudatory, superficial account of Grey's travels, with all-too- many pictures of the prize-winning fish he caught. Only for the most diehard fans.
