I own 2 cats one is under a year old, and the other is 2 yrs old. The older cat doesn't seem to care much about it, while the other seems to love playing with it. Only, if his other toys that fly around the floor are not close enough or he is bored with them. The Zanies Santa Hat can be an enjoyable toy for cats depending on there energy level requirements, and attention span.
