this is a great collection of 1960's music from Tanzania. please note the Amazon page lists it as being the "1960's Sound of Tunisia" which is incorrect. Very melodic guitar and vocal-harmony heavy music, melding elements of highlife, surf, etc. Much more "sunny" & "African" and less "Arab"/"Indian" sounding than the other (excellent) Zanzibara compilations.
