Product Description

The ZAPPY3 PRO FLEX is an innovative new electric vehicle that is revolutionizing personal transportation and rehab mobility at home and in the workplace. Three wheels provide greater stability and safety than regular two wheeled transporters, not to mention more torque and longer range for more rigorous use. The sturdy seat is removable, so you can stand up or sit down while riding making it great for recreation or mobility use. With speeds up to 13 MPH, the Zappy3 PRO-Flex is the ultimate in a comfortable, Pre-Mobility Electric Scooter. The new collapsible handlebar makes it a cinch to store or transport. Just drop the handlebars and store it in the back of the RV, van or trunk. The all-new design increases ease of operation by locating the controls and battery feedback with the brakes on the handlebar along with the keyed ignition. The headlight incorporates a powerful, new 7 LED design. Now you can see be seen. The PRO has the same or better performance than other mobility devices and operates at a lower cost. It plugs into any conventional 110-volt household outlet and has zero exhaust emissions, making it great for indoor use and personal transportation outdoors. The New ZAPPY3 PRO-Flex is truly a product for young and old. Everyone is happy riding a ZAPPY!

I purchased mine in 2010. I really enjoy it. My husband needs electric mobility and gets his equipment thru the VA. He found this advertised in a catalog. In May, I'll have it 3yrs. I fixed mine up, putting blue flames on it, added a rear basket(made out of an old shredder basket). I also added a Cadillac purse to the front along with the basket, so I can take it shopping. I am the only one, wherever I go, who has this, that I know of. I get alot of compliments. I had to put the major parts together(took me 2 days, I was 60 at the time). It turns on a dime, which is nice. Only thing it doesn't have is a reverse gear, and I wish it would go up a little steeper grade. In the next month or so, I'll have it checked out, as it still has the original battery. I got mine in 3days, but keep in mind, right after I ordered mine, they were sold out and waiting for the new models(mine is a 2009). I got the free shipping thru where I got it, but paid the $30-$50 to get a good deal overall. Also, some assembly by me saved me about $300. Whoever is waiting, the wait will be worth it.

You might try calling the wholesale - ewheels in Scottdale,Ar. They sale a scooter under this name but is just like Zappy. Maybe they can get the replacement parts! Also try Scootercatalog.com out of Houstn. S sorry yours broke!! I would just die bec. I LOVE mine and it has saved me from using crutches for a very long recovery! It's awesome!!! Good luck!

My husband and I bought two of the Zappy Pro 3 scooters. One of them fell off the tailgate of his truck while unloading them. The pole that the handle bars attaches to broke' along with the horn and headlight.
THIS IS WHEN THE PROBLEM STARTED!
The dealer we purchased the scooters from cannot order replacement parts. The Zappy company in Santa Rosa CA will not return emails or phone calls. We have a $900 scooter that is absolutely worthless to us.
Suggestions are welcome.
