I bought this based on the other recommendations. This was 45 minutes of pure energy. The music kept me going, and the burn was great.

A definite must for those bored with all the others.

As a student of Zawacki for over twenty years, I can honestly say that Eddie has now outdid himself with The Challenge video. As a personal trainer, I have reviewed many videos, but none as exciting as The Challenge. On my days off, I put the video in my VCR, follow along to the simple class format and get a wonderful workout. Thanks Ed!

I own just about every video ever made and I am so sick of all those workout videos that try to teach you how to lift your leg, I am not a dog. This video is great, it is full of energy and gets the job done. If you are the type that needs someone to hold your hand then hire a personal trainer. This is fun, fun, fun and what a sweat! This is a must have for anyone who gets bored doing the same old thing. Thank you for making such a fantastic video and I am looking forward to your next!

This video transcends all other current workout videos. It is exhilarating, invigorating and definitely challenging. Zawacki's talent to choreograph movements with high energy and complete passion motivate, so that you become a devoted student of his. If you are looking for a fun and enjoyable way to burn fat and re-define your body, look no further. This is it!

I own about 40 fitness videos, and this is by far the worst (and most expensive) video I have ever purchased. The production value is terrible, and it is difficult to see what you're supposed to be doing. Frequently throughout the tape, different people are doing completely different things, and the cuing is so terrible that you have no idea what muscles you're supposed to be using. Also, there are a number of times where the excercise changes and the camera is focused on the musicians rather than the instructor. Interested in this video? Don't bother.

This man knows how to inspire and show you the greatest workout method around..... oh yeah you should see him dance, wicked!!!!

Before Ed Zawacki's The "Ultimate Challenge" video I was down and out...completely hosed! Now, with the help of the Ultimate fitness guru, I'm one buff dude! The ladies love me. Thanks Eddie!

Ed Zawacki is the master teacher. His work out will get your endorphins going and change your body like no other I've ever taken. Everything is geared to tone and burn fat, even the floor work. There is not one minute of tedium. I have seen a tremendous difference in my body in just a few short weeks! I am thrilled that I found Ed Zawacki and I urge you to try this for yourself. It could be what you've always been looking for. Plus, Mr. Zawacki is great to look at, as are the men and women in his video, and that is so inspirational!

This was the most inspirational workout video I have seen in years! I have heard about Ed Zawacki and always wondered about his workout classes. I was so impressed with the video and since then I have added his video to my workout routine every morning. The music really gets you going, and the routine is so challenging. Ed Zawacki's video is stimulating as well as exciting....... I have seen a change in my body already and I reccomend this video to anyone who wants something exciting to spice up their daily exercise regimen. I have always followed Ed Zawackis Ballet career and his workout video will thrill all his fans. You won't be disappointed !!!

The most fun I've had exercising! Zawacki is full of life and energy and he knows how to bring that out of you as well. From his choice of music to use of "real life" exercisers....this is the real thing!! I've never sweated like this before!
