A dermatologist told me I had very advanced jock itch and prescribed some liquid product that cost about 35 bucks. I used it as directed with no results. Then she wanted me to take some pills instead, but warned me that it could damage my kidneys. I refused. So I started searching online and found Zeasorb powder. In three weeks, applying it twice a day, it was gone! 3 weeks after having stopped treatment, I am itch free. thank God, cuz I was afraid that I would have to live with jock itch forever. Seriously, get this if you have topical fungal issues. It's cheap, over the counter, and works

The product itself is fine but the ad is very misleading-it says "pack of 2" but if you order the quantity of one, they only send one BOTTLE instead of one PACK which should have TWO bottles. This is NOT the way it is for other things on Amazon-e.g. when I order the coffee that comes in "pack of 2" and order quantity of "one"-they send one PACK which contains TWO boxes of coffee precisely as the ad says. This seller also NEVER responded to my emails when I questioned the order which is very poor customer service in my opinion.

I'm a runner who developed a case of ringworm on my upper inner thigh. Like most people, I didn't know what this was at first and wrote it off as a chafe rash - very common when you run 20 miles a week. When the small brownish patch with raised red edges grew from the size of a dime to a quarter with a dry, scaly covering, I knew it was something else. Being a very hygienic person, I was horrified when I learned it was a fungus. And I still don't know how I came in contact with it.

So I started with the antifungal creams. One butenafine hydrochloride based, and another clotrimazole based. I applied them religiously for 3 days, 3 times a day and they did absolutely nothing. They didn't make it any worse but I saw zero improvement. And although the instructions say you need to use these for up to 2 weeks, I need to see some change to know the product is actually working and the rash isn't just going away on its own. Strike one.

Next up was the "organic" route. I tried tea tree oil with mixed results. First off, this stuff is incredibly strong. You NEED to do a patch test on a healthy part of skin to verify you don't have an adverse reaction to it. I did this and had no reaction. Still, when I applied it, diluted, to the affected area, I would experience some pretty intense burning. I wrote this off as the oil just doing its thing but after 3 days, I had to call it quits. I think the tea tree oil did help kill off the fungus, but it left the whole area pink, irritated, and with skin peeling off. Strike two (kinda).

After a frantic search for powder based cures, enter Zeastrom AF. This stuff kicked butt. After 24 hours, the peeling and most of the irritation went away. Now, 48 hours later, I'm seeing the patch fading and returning to normal looking skin. Thank you makers of Zeastrom! And this makes sense that this would work. I'm not a dermatologist but skin fungus love moisture, so using a powder over a cream seems like the way to go.

This purchase through Amazon and fulfilled by "American Wholesaler" out of Brooklyn, New York was very deceptive. They indicate that a pack of two of Zeasorb-AF costs $14.25. I ordered two, which by their description, would include four 2.5 oz bottles. Instead I received two 2.5 oz bottles at a price of $28.50. This is outrageous. My last purchase of this item was purchased at my local CVS and it cost $9.49 for a 2.5 oz bottle. Amazon should discontinue doing business with this organization.

I have a lot of trouble with jock itch and hate the spray on powders. I don't know why anyone would want to use them. Tinactin and Zeasorb are the only ones I use.

I have a chronic itchy and uncomfortable condition for which I've tried many powders and sprays. Zeasorb was recommended by my pharmacist and I've never had to try another antifungal powder. I think this is the only one with miconazole (sp?)and that is the only ingredient that works for me. I highly recommend it.

When I was recommended this product for a yeast buildup due to high starch and sugar by the Dermatologist, I stuck with it since it has no starch and I sweat a lot, it keeps me comfortable. Was quite hard to find at local supermarket so it is now on the web and easy to get. Little pricey but I still buy it.

This is a really great product and at 5 full ounces for $14 is a truly outstanding value for your money. Highly recommended.

Work effectively as described on the label. I like it and will buy again in the future.

Live in a desert and walk every day. My feet were getting a little itchy so I tried this and my feet feel fine now. I just put it in my shoes before I walk. Get home with cool and non itchy feet. Just reordered more.
