Great kids fishing rods!
Purchased two of these rods to take my grandkids fishin'. They were definitely ready to graduate from their bamboo poles. This is an uncomplicated rig that was easy to set up, and the children quickly mastered casting. They (and I) really enjoyed these rods! A great purchase!

Broke the first time we used it
I purchased this as a first time rod for my 10 year old. He and my husband went fishing and after casting it the third time it broke. My ten year old was destroyed.

It's a Zebco so it functions like they always have and trouble free. It's a nice little kit for a kid to get started a mess around with.

We bought this for our 3 year old son, and while it is a little bit big for him, it is very well made! Much stronger than the cheap plastic cartoon character fishing rods. Excellent value for the price!

Purchased this for my very girly nine year old grand daughter. She loves to go fishing with her grandma and now she will have her own rod and reel. I can hardly wait to see her expression when she open the "kite" only to see her own pink rod and reel.

I purchased this for a friends grandson and when the product arrived the box was broken open...other than that it appeared to be ok..still haven't given it to friend yet!
