i ordered this item from the supplier, and i got a case for 3rd gen touch instead of 4th gen. i sent an email, and they were so nice. even though the one i needed was more money, they cheerfully replaced it with the right one for my itouch, and i'ts a beauty. i recommend this seller very highly and would, and will do business with them again. Great customer service, and a great product.

I ordered the paw print case. Super cute. Two issues, but in the end it worked out.
1) I have an ipod touch, the case has an ear hole for an iphone. Not a big deal for the price, and honestly you can barely notice.
2) This case almost didn't fit my ipod. When they say tight fit, they mean SUPER tight fit. I worked trying to get this case to snap together forever and couldn't get it. It was mm from snapping together. But, my fiance got it together within seconds with his big ol' hands. I guess it just takes a little muscle.
Those are my only complaints if you can call them complaints. Initially when I thought the case wasn't going to fit I emailed the company. They were very nice and offered me other options. I totally rec them and I am completely happy with this product.

This is an amazing case, I didn't honestly think it would come as a protective case too! This is the perfect accessory for the iTouch/iPhone 2nd/3rd generations! It matches everything :D Thanks!

Well, the design is nice. Take some time to put it on the touch. But once you put it on, my touch looks very good. I haven't dropped the touch with the case, so i cannot comment whether it breaks or not. But as far as i am concern, I bought this for the look, more than protection. I would recommend it.

This isn't a very good case because it breaks easily when it gets dropped. I once dropped it on tile and the front part (front side, the thin edge of it) cracked. Luckily superglue did the trick but I once again cracked it on the wood, and this time it was the back side, bottom left portion, and it broke off. Cases are suppose to protect the iTouch, not just break...

The case quality seems cheap and I found it very difficult to "snap" on my Itouch. It never really snapped shut. The cased itself had some cosmetic issues which were disappointing. This is the risk you take when you can't hold it in your hand before purchasing. I would have passed this one by if I'd seen it in person.

My wife bought this (the floral version)for her iTouch 3g a few months ago. The paint is already peeling off the back of the plastic cover. She thought it was very pretty upon arrival, but now it is very ugly and hurts her hand when she holds it because of the paint peeling off. Don't waste your money on this product. She just purchased a different style case; one that is not painted. Hope this helps you!

My daughter has the older Ipod and cannot find a case she liked in a store. This looks like what it does online--sharp looking. She was very happy to receive it!

I really loved the design when I bought it. I had recieved many compliments on it as well and was happy until it broke! I had only had it for about a month or two! :(

It was a little difficult to get on there, but once on it's perfect. My iTouch feels safe and protected.
