I ordered two boxes of Orbitz Gel retractable pens (0.7mm)- 12 were blue ink and 12 were black ink.
I previously had purchased these pens one at a time at Office Max.
All previous Office Max purchases were fine, but the pens I received from Amazon were not.
NONE of the black pens worked well at all. All of them skipped or faded out when writing. Completely unusable.
The blue pens were slightly better - they only had about 50% that were bad.
Very disappointing.
It appeared to me that these were all very old stock that had been sitting so long, the ink or roller balls dried out.

My Husband LOVES these pens! I purchased a dozen on June 6- it's June 18th and he needs more. They are all out of ink. Wow- that's one expensive set of pens. They write very nicely but not for long. Sure do wish they would last longer.

Worst pens I've ever used. When they will write they are fine but that seems to be about 50% of the time. Sometimes they won't write straight out of the box other times they will write for a week or two and then quit. The pilot G2 seems far superior. I've got to figure out who is ordering the office supplies. Pretty sure it isn't someone who uses the pens.
