I need a larger-than-average monopod and thought this would suffice for an inexpensive model.

It broke the fourth time I used it and nearly caused serious damage to my camera and lens. If you want to protect your camera and lens investment, do not buy this monopod.

easy to bring and use just like any monopod. the quality is fair, and for this price, it is good enough.

This monopod is relatively light weight, compact and strong. Function & form are simple with strong section locks. Definitely a good buy for the money. A great addition to my arsenal of image quality tools.

You get what you pay for, and sometimes more. This is one of those times.

After receiving this only a couple days ago I am very happy with it. It is not the most robust monopod I've used, not the tallest, and doesn't have the best locks; however. . . I'd buy 4 at their price just to cycle through if one only lasted a year.

The locks (flip style, which are less sturdy for weight bearing purposes than screw type locks) work well for a reasonable amount of weight applied, more than sufficient to steady the unit while taking a longer exposure. For the price, 72" is amazing considering the build (-good). The top 2 sections were a little stiff/ jammed after leaning on it for multiple exposures, however a little elbow grease is all it takes.

The zipper on the supplied carrying case is total junk, at least the one on my unit; the teeth are suuuper sticky. I don't care at all though as the case is a ncie accessory but not really needed.

I don't see an option on Amazon to mention it, so, I am a professional.

This is a good product and does the job. The only thing that bothers me about this is the weight, but at 72' and built sturdily I guess one will just have to live with it. The weight is not that bad except at full stretch when you have to be real still with one hand. Packs away in my hand luggage. I like this product. I've had to order 3 more for a friend :)

Needed a good mono pole for my go pro. So I picked this one, well made and solid. Extends easily and the foam grip was nice for the cold days at the resort.

Ive never had an easier time with taking photos than this thing, my only wish is that the plastic clips were made from either aluminum or a less brittle plastic/

ok was excited got it out set it up screwed the camra on and bam!! the screw came right out still stuck on my camra and the monopod was in the other hand not impressed with this product recomend get one more expensive seeing how you will have it holding $1000.00 or more of equiptment just saying....

a great item to have for the camera or for walking support. I have a back problem so this helps me get around plus helps hold the camera still for better pictures.

Very durable. Joints for the sections are easy to operate with 1 hand. helps get steady shots, which is important with cameras like the Kodak Zi8.
