Format: Hardcover
This is a massive book - large and heavy. All photographs are in black and white. It isn't quite fashion photography (in my opinion), but more photography by famous photographers of famous and glamorous people in the 60s and 70s. Chapters are divided by venue/scene - Cote d'Azur, Paris, London, Rome, New York.

It is interesting to see people of the past in their prime. Not all are attractive/flattering photos. Very little text - just the photographs, photographer, subject, date and location, but each chapter has introductory text. All photos are of people, but not just simple portraits. Most photographs are of people in context of their environment; but at least half are posed. All are definitely composed photographs.

Sorry - I'm neither a photographer nor an artist, just interested in the material. I have the book in front of me, and see that there are no other reviews, so I thought to offer something.

This is a fabulous book - really inspiring photography! Very high production values and fun to flip through. It would make a great gift for your favorite fashionista or 60s/70s fan.
