Zelco Bugs Beware BBQ Light

My BBQ Grill was in complete darkness before I had the Zelco Bug-off BBQ light. This light is very effective. It has a toggle switch for bug repellent (off, one bug type noise, another bug type noise, and then a dragon fly repellent noise). If you extend the arm, the light automatically turns on, with or without a bug repellent noise. This means you don't need to hear those high pitched noises (and you can hear them) if you don't want to.

My grill has no place to clip this on, but that is no problem. With the weight of the 4 D batteries, it sits securely on the side of my grill. In order to use the clip on though, you will need a totally flat ledge on the side of the grill.

I have owned this light for almost 2 years now and I am completely satisfied.

The bug off bbq light doesn't work.
The mosquitoes don't seem to be affected by this!

The light is the perfect brightness to see all of the food cooking on your grill the lamp extends high enough to light the whole grill. I can't speak to how well the mosquito repellant works... but I never really expected it to work anyway. That kind of stuff never does.

Puts off good light, easy to clamp on to the side of grill. While we were eating we put it in the middle of the table for the bugs and the noise it puts off and alternating between the 3 settings worked! Not 100%, but we saw a pretty big differance!

It was a total waste of money. It never worked. Don't buy it.

First you and J&R Music World (supplier) were terrific. I ordered the light on Monday and recieved it Tuesday morning!!!Not only did I pay less than retail but the light is extremely attractive and works great! As a customer, you don't need more than that. Five stars to everybody.

Nothing worse than being outside and being eat up by skeeters.

This works ok. I like it.
