The product is NOTHING like the picture. BEWARE before you think about ordering any of Zelda products for dogs. The hat was barely big enough to fit my cats head let alone the XL bulldog size I ordered. Also, the parrot wasn't even attached, which I am not sure you could call it a parrot. Looked like a green random bird. The top was solid black and nothing more. In the picture the material shows the illusion of a belt and some other fun details, which you will not get in the end. The Velcro was falling off to wear if I even tried to use the costume it wouldn't stay without safety pins. Also, while they did allow me to return this pitiful excuse for a product, they kept 15% for what was called a "restocking fee". Which means this poorly put together lie of a costume was placed back on the shelf for the next schmuck to purchase, be livid with the outcome, return and then take 15% from them. What a waste of time and money. Total disappointment.
