Exposing the Corruption in the Massachusetts Courts, March 1, 2006
This review is from: Zen And The Art Of Golf (Paperback)
The first 13 chapters are an excellent delineation of what occurs in the Massachusetts Court System. After Chapter 13 the author delves into his personal case and, while it is relevant, it is not as relevant to the reader. However since the first 13 chapters and the final chapters detail excellent information and resources I give this book 4 stars. The one star take away is for the litany of his personal case. The rest of the book is an excellent resource for one's needs.

This review is from: Zen And The Art Of Golf (Paperback)
Kevin's book is the beginning of the end of the most corrupt legal proceedings in America. Judges get paid for their decisions, lawyers create issues that don't exist, a child support system that preys on fathers, enriches state coffers and their administrative fiefdoms. All states have joined in on this gravy train! Justice shall prevail and "Exposing the Corruption in the Massachusetts Family Courts." will be the clarion call!

Shedding Light, February 23, 2006
This review is from: Zen And The Art Of Golf (Paperback)
This book sheds light on the struggle fathers face in the family court system. In such cases, fathers are at a cast disadvantage before the hearing even begin. They are the victims of an inept system. Kevin Thompson's book will hopefully open the eyes of legislators and the public at large to the injustices that fathers all over the country face when fighting for their children.

Do you really think that the 150+ billion dollars Americans are spending on divorces is because it costs that much to have a court hearing or two? Do you really think all this is in the best interest of the child? And if everyone has the child's best interest in mind, why aren't any of them donating to his or her college fund? .. say they do drive nice cars don't they? A Massachusetts judge who is in this book has ordered it not to be published. Can you think of a better reason to buy it? Find the book at lulu for now.
