We received our Electric Cigarette Injector Machine today. Within minutes my husband had it hooked up and it was making cigarettes lickety split! The machine is VERY quiet and there is no guessing about the amount of tobacco needed to make them. Product is exactly as described and best of all it is made in the USA! I am not a smoker, but my husband is and he is really happy with this machine. We recommend this one highly. Very much worth the cost.

Does this machine work as advertised, yes... Does this machine have all of the negatives listed in the other reviews... YES!

Here's the deal, this machine will stuff cigarettes VERY quickly, but all of the cigarettes I have made with this machine the embers fall off the end of the cigarettes. I tried Drum as the seller suggested and other types of expensive fine cut cigarette shag tobacco and the cherries fell off of all the cigarettes. I'm not talking about I flicked the cigarette too hard and lost the cherry, I'm talking about mouth closed just smoking and the cherry falls off and burns the lens of my $200 pair of sunglasses hanging from my neck. I tried every type of cut of tobacco I could find for the Zen and nothing works well in it. The Drum tobacco worked the best, regular bulk types of tobaccos like Gambler or Smoke'n Joe's don't hardly work at all. It also does grind properly humidified tobacco into dust, and if you moisten the tobacco to where it doesn't grind to dust then it packs the cigarettes way too hard.

This machine will produce cigarettes in about 7-10 seconds each, but they loose all of the tobacco at the end of the cigarette, so you have to twist the ends off. To be perfectly honest with the additional work of twisting the ends and using the very expensive tobaccos it just isn't worth it in time or money. I'm using a Gambler Tube-Cut machine right now, (basically a Top-O-Matic spoon type injector) and it takes me about the same time to stuff a carton of cigarettes with the Gambler as with the Zen when all is said and done. I don't have the cherry dropping problem with the Gambler, (BTW the Top-O-Matic is also HALF the price of the Zen and you can use any tobacco you want...)

IMHO: Save yourself some time, money, and a great deal of frustration, and get a regular table top spoon type injector like a Premier, or a Top-O-Matic...

I Have tried different tobacco's and all five settings. No matter what I do, the tobacco falls out as well as the fire falls off. I am disappointed in the description of the machine, it appears it is mostly lies. Even the tobacco sent with the machine had problems. I have to re-light each cigarette three times because the fire keeps falling off. I can't smoke in the car, because I can't drive, and watch the cigarette at the same time. At the end of each day, I dump all the tobacco, that has fallen out of the cigarettes into my cigarette pack, and dump it back into the machine. I will try for one more week with the suggested types of tobacco's, and if things don't change I will be sending it back for a refund. I gave it two stars mainly because it seems to be built well and it does put the tobacco into the paper.
