I really like Charlotte Kasl's books. I've got about half a dozen of them and I've been reading them for more than ten years. However, the more of them I read, the more I feel like they are all pretty much the same. Each one has a few differences, but the organization and ideas is pretty much the same in all of them. This is the last one of hers that I have purchased, and I don't feel like it has much different or new than her previous books.

My mother gave me this book as a present and I handed the last copy along to a friend. I always return to it to remind me of the important things in life. Charlotte Kasl distills buddhist philosophy with accessible wisdom and clarity for everyday life.
