Do not waste your money on this. Very wobbly and unstable, not even attractive looking. I'm sending this back, and spending a little more on a nicer one (not this brand though!)

Manufacturer isn't available via phone for support ( I got a fast busy signal every time I tried to call)...
NO customer service/support, product is missing parts! I have friends who have bought this item, and they too ARE MISSING PARTS! 0 stars, stay away do not buy it- find another model and manufacturer.
BUYER BEWARE!

I am a regular shopper at Amazon.com and usually have no problems with anything I order. However, this time I am totally surprised and disappointed. This rack, for lack of a better word, is not pearl nickel, but grey. The parts are not much larger than 1/2 inch in diameter. When I opened the package I thought a mistake had been made on the box picture, but when I opened it, the picture shows exactly what you are going to get. The workmanship is poor, to say the least. The holes that have been drilled into the posts do not entirely match up on all the pieces, and in some cases the metal tag from the drilling is still inside the post so that you can not put the other posts into the end to screw it together. The only way you could do this is punch out the metal tag inside the post. Also, not all of the holes were drilled correctly, so that not all post pieces will match up. Only put one star because I had to.

For $18 it's a pretty good buy. It really isn't too sturdy, but I didn't need to mount it on the wall with the stuff I put on it. I'm pretty confident that it won't topple over. It just wobbles a little when I put stuff on the shelf. I don't put heavy stuff on the shelves anyway. Besides, I don't think you can put heavy items in the middle of the shelves because it will start to bend down a little. It fits our small bathroom just fine and does it's job. No complaints here.

We desperately needed something functional but inexpensive we could use to get some shelf space in one of the bathrooms of a place we were renting, and this was perfect. It's reasonably attractive, pretty easy to put together (the instructions are helpful), it's open (which is good, since it partially blocks a window), and, secured to the wall, is perfectly sturdy for the intended use. It's got a nice finish that seems like it should hold up for a long time, even in South Carolina humidity. We saw similar products at Lowe's, but for much more money. Very pleased.

This spacesaver was exactly what I was looking for. It's practical, easy to build and VERY cheap! Yes, it's not as fancy looking as other spacesaver, but that's what you get for $20. Providing me with a lot of extra storage in my bathroom! Perfect. It's indeed not very stable just standing, but all you need to do is add 2 screws and screw it into the wall: there are holes in the metal tubes to allow you screwing it into the wall, but the extra screws are not actually provided.
Was shipped fast and came with easy to follow instructions for building. All you need is a screwdriver (and 2 extra screws if you wish to screw it into the wall)

I just assembled my shelf and was so happy with the results. Especially after reading all of the bad reviews. Yes it might be a tad wobbly but there are two holes provided to anchor to the wall if you feel the need. For this price you can't beat it.

although it was a little hard to get into the small space i needed it for, its a wonderful product that i would recommend to anyone.

Easy to assemble, cheaply constructed and therefore very unstable until you bolt it to the wall, but once bolted to the wall it is utterly stable and looks great. For a tiny bathroom like ours space savers are essential and this is one of the cheapest available. I recommend you do not attempt to bolt/screw it to the wall if you have sheetrock/drywall (very rarely will both holds align with studs) but instead use hollow wall anchors. I used the long ones found in OOK 59217 45 Piece Assorted Toggles Anchors and Hooks and they worked perfectly. It's now solid enough to stack books, magazines, toiletries, etc. Rock stable. Great functionality for cheap.

I wasn't sure what to expect with such mixed reviews, but I am happy with my purchase. It is light-weight, so I will be anchoring it to the wall. I tried pulling forward on it (like my toddlers would do) and it leans forward a bit, but will not topple over, no matter how hard I try to make it fall forward. It was very easy to assemble. I read the instructions, then looked at each piece to make sure it made sense before I attached. And everything fit perfectly the first time. I really wanted one with 3 shelves like this one, and they are plenty spacious, I even have extra room to grow. I don't understand why some reviews said it is only good for small bathrooms, because it is a good size for any bathroom, imo. I think the finish is fine, and no, the screws weren't the same color, but I really don't care about that. I've paid more for other spacesavers made of cheap wood-like material, and they didn't last long. This one seems sturdy enough for my needs and seems like it will last. I am happy with the price and the quality.
