Nice TV, but ...,

The TV itself is awesome. The picture is great. I've rediscovered TV with this baby. This TV is better on all aspects than the $2500+ Sony, Panasoic, Sharp, etc.Sadly, all LCD manufacturers hide a dirty little secret. My TV came with a dead pixel. J&R won't ship me a new one unless Zenith authorizes them. I called Zenith. Zenith said I had to have 3 dead pixels or more for them to consider it defective. This dead pixel policy has been around since LCD technology first came into being. I could understand it in the early 90s, but the industry has had enough time to improve their fabrication process. They are ripping the customer off. This TV would easily get 5 stars if it didn't come with a dead pixel. Buyer beware!!!!

Can't beat it for the price,

The guy with the dead pixel should have plugged his TV in before he signed for delivery - that's what I did. This TV has been great, I've been using it with my Gamecube, DVDs and even through DVI with my computer. This is about as cheap as you're going to find a namebrand 32 inch LCD and I'll tell you - I don't feel like I've skimped at all.

I'd issue 0 Stars if I could,

I have had 4 different issues with this product and service from Zenith has been poor...to say the least.I can't believe that something that I bought new like this could have so many issues - and the way Zenith has (NOT) responded to my issues, I had no choice but all but "Force" a return of this product for money back. I am sorry I bought a Zenith - I won't do that again !
