Customer Reviews

Very easy to assemble and install.
Mr. Smith
You have the choice b/n a long or short pole so can have it extend from floor to ceiling or tub to ceiling with no cutting.
J. Mertens
The spring just slides down inside the tube so there is no tension to hold the pole in place.

This is a cheap shower caddy, make no mistake about that. But it does the job, and I think you'll find that it lasts for years. I have one in my home that I've had for over 12 years. That one needs replacing, but it's still working fine. It's a bit rusty at the joints, and the shelves don't stay up so well, but it needs replacing because I want my bathroom to look nicer, and not because it's not working. This recent purchase was for camp.

They have improved the means of keeping the shelves up, and I think this will work a lot better than my old one. Before, there were thin rubber rings to hold the shelves up. Now, there are solid nylon almost-rings (with a slit, so they're easier to position). The rubber band things have lost their mettle with time, but I don't think that will happen with the new system.

The pole here comes in pieces, with a tapered end that fits into another pole. This is where the rust hits. There are plastic labels you can put around the joints to prevent the rust, but I never bothered on my old one, so I can't comment on that. Also, you could position the shelves to hide the seams if you wanted to.

The main poles are about 1" in diameter. Then at the top, there's a spring inside the uppermost 1" pole, a cap with a hole on it that fits over that, and then a 1/2" pole that feeds inside the larger pole. The spring provides the tension. The first thing to go on my old one was the cap with the hole in it, which means that my pole at home is not as stable as it once was, though again, it still functions well. The next thing to go was the cap at the very bottom... the pole just poked right through it. But again, it still works. So to my mind, the most fallible parts of this are the plastic and rubber...

This corner tub caddy works great for years. It fits well between the corner of the tub and the ceiling.Has four triangle shelves, pretty sturdy. Holds shampoo, conditioner, etc. After six years my first one started to rust and one shelf started to sag so I bought another one just like it.

Quite easy to put together and install. It stands up either in the corner of your shower stall floor to ceiling, or from the tub edge to the ceiling. The spring mechanism is little sticky, but other than that, it works quite well. Once in place, everything stays where put.

It took my husband 10 minutes to put this together and into the shower. The shelves might seem flimsy but they are holding a lot of things, shampoo's and body washes, with no problem. I researched many shower organizers before settling on this one. Some were metal and expensive. None of them got great reviews. I decided to buy something inexpensive and plastic so there would be less chance of rusting and I wouldn't mind replacing if it did break. I am really happy with how this one works. My shower is neater and most of the items on the shelves stay dry. I also like the fact my razor can be put into one of the holes and water is drained away.

I purchased two shower caddies prior to purchasing this shower caddy. They both rusted and looked terrible. This shower caddy looks nice, was easy to assemble, and most importantly: does not rust! Two thumbs up!

I was looking to replace an existing similar caddy I have, that has served me well. Unfortunately, due to the lack of clear dimensions and pictures, I ended up with this product which is not "large" enough to replace my current one.

This one has shelves that are about 7" on an edge, and a 1" pole diameter. This leaves about 5" of space for your stuff... not a lot. The one I am replacing has shelves about 10" on one edge, with thicker material, and a 1-3/8" diameter pole. I can't seem to find it anymore, unfortunately, but I was hoping this was it... it's not. I put up some customer-pics here to show these dimensions and shelf a bit more clearly.

The small shelves here are very thin and have many holes, leading to a weaker structure. I can't imagine my normal shampoo and conditioner bottles would hold here for very long, without significant sagging.

I guess I just need to keep looking for a replacement... this one won't do based on the size alone. It's probably good enough for some people, but not for my needs. It's going back.

I can't really complain about the product, as I didn't use it (that's why I gave it 3 stars)... but I am disappointed that it's not "large" in any way, and that there are no clear dimensions on this page... hopefully my pics and text will help others make a more informed decision.

I bought this for my tub and I love it...Ive had it for at least a year now and as far as I can see there isnt any rust on it. Alot of reviews I read on various shleving systems complained of the units rusting....well so far as is well here. Also The design for raising and lowering the shelves is very simple and fairly sturdy. I dont use set anythign to heavy on the shelves and I dont have more than 2 bottles per shelf but I wouldnt be afraid to fill up the shelves if I had more things to put in the shower. Im pretty sure you can fill a shelf up with no problem as long as you arent hanging cast iron skillets from it lol. Would buy again.
