I have used zeno for a while now and bought several different refill cartridges, which is annoying in itself. i bought the disposable one too- a better deal than buying a new cartridge. i don't know if the product really worked or not. i would use it on incoming pimples, and they would still show up and stick around for a couple days. i don't know if zeno helped pull them out and then helped them go away quicker, or if it had no effect at all. i still have the same amount of pimples, lasting for about the same period of time. from 2 days to 2 weeks. i won't be spending my money on this product anymore.

I can't say enough for my Zeno!! It really really works! It works best when you feel a bump is beginning to emerge, 2 treatments can stop it in its tracks & would save you the horror of getting a red scar when the pimple grows and heals. I observed it doesn't work as well when the pimple is already grown or when the bump is already big, that's why I try to catch them early. Saved my social life a lot of times!

The Zeno is good for pimples, specifically pustules, when they first form, so you need to catch them early at the first sign of redness. This is not effective for black heads, which should be extracted. Sometimes I feel that it's hotter more than other times, but it's bearable and does depend where on the face. This is quick and easy to use. The small mirror inside the case has proven to be handy. The replacement tip cartridge is a bit pricey, but I have seen it on sale once in awhile recently. Although it's a bit pricey, Zeno does offer the unit at different price points depending on the number of treatments. Can you really put a price on your face and skin? I definitely would recommend this to friends and family. I also recommend using the Clarisonic Pro facial/body brush too!

PS My aesthetician uses a high frequency wand, which has shown to be more effective with a higher cost up front with no replacement accessories required, so I just bought that too. More reviews to come!

In April 2008, I ordered 5 pieces Zeno PRO Replacement Tip Cartridge- 90 Treatments from them. And one of five is a used one with no treatment left!


Even the price here is cheaper than others, I would not recommend you to buy it from them! Since you would never know if it is a used one.
