Jerry Clum, Jr. is a self-made multi-millionaire in franchising. He has helped hundreds of people realize their dreams of opening their own franchised business. Not only is he a multi-unit franchisee owner for several very successful franchise companies, he also founded one of the fastest growing and most successful franchise systems in the world which has over 600 locations world-wide and system revenues of nearly $250 million dollars annually.

He is an author, speaker and sought after consultant. He has a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA. Mr. Clum has served on the Franchisor Forum Board with the International Franchise Association. In 2004, he was named the "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst and Young. He and his wife Melissa and their four children reside in Columbus, Ohio.

Can you believe a business book that is actually interesting. If everyone would run their business the way this author suggests there wouldn't be any need for attorneys. His message is simple, but sometimes the simple things are the hardest ones to remember. I've read it three times and looking forward to reading it again. One great book!

I own hundreds of books on starting business and on sales and marketing. This book is one of the best. This guy knows what he is talking about and provides more creative ideas then I've ever seen in one book. If you are thinking about starting a business, this book is required reading. The author takes you from deciding on what kind of business to start all the way through to an Exit strategy. Real meat and potatoes, not a lot of fluff. Even though it's very comprehensive, he makes it an enjoyable, productive and easy read.
