So on day three I put it back in the freezer then used my daughters small ice pack (it fits into a small lunch sack for kids).
After eating room temperature, slightly melted cheese & liquidy pudding cups for 2 weeks, I finally went back to my old lunch cooler.
I put it in the freezer overnight, put my lunch in it in the morning, take it to work and have a nice cold lunch about 6 hours later.
