Gotu Kola, Hops, Skullcap, Oat, Peppermint, Ginger Root, Gentian, Myrrh, Safflower, Eucalyptus, Sliipery Elm, Licorice root, Alfalfa, Passion Flower, Sarsaparilla, Bayberry, and Echinacea Powder.

There really isn't any nicotine in the patches, nor is there anything to truly help you quit. Also, my patches won't stay on after a shower, so unless you plan on going three days without a shower... Well you get the idea.

This product was a great idea: a patch that helps you kick the habit without nicotine pumping steadily through your veins. However, it failed. It failed to add herbs that work, when there are ones that truly do. Like Lobelia.

Lobelia has the constituent lobeline, similar to nicotine in its structure and pharmacological activity. The irritating mental and emotional withdrawal symptoms from nicotine are probably due to its interaction with nicotinic receptors in the nervous system. The receptors become accustomed to stimulation by nicotine, and the entire nervous system must readjust when the nicotine is withdrawn. The readjustment may take weeks. Lobeline has no known addictive properties; Lobelia has been used as a medicine for hundreds of years, with no one ever acquiring a "Lobelia habit." The lobeline can moderate the effects of the nicotine withdrawal, however, by binding to the same sites in the nervous system that the nicotine does. Note: in some individuals, Lobelia can cause nausea, and excessive doses should be avoided.

Don't waste your money on these patches. The traditional Nicotine ones may cost more, but at least they provide relief from withdrawals.

I have been a smoker for 25 years and this is my first real attempt at quitting. I knew that I wanted to go natural and decided to try this product. With the price what would it hurt to try. I am now six days in and can't believe how easy its been for me. Very little anxiety and mood swings. If you're ready, give this a try. Highly recommend to anyone!

I bought this for my daughter because I had used it 3 years ago. It works great! I smoked for 39 years and put the patch on and have never smoked again. I only used 1 box! The fact that it is an all natural products instead of having nicotine in it was the best reason to buy it.

They work if your committed. The first time didn't work, because I wasn't ready. Anyone who says they don't work obviously doesn't really want to quit. They HELP with your withdrawal symptoms to make them easy to deal with. You people that say it doesn't work need a better sense of will power. Get your self a pack of spearmint gum, something to do, these patches, and put an "x" on your hand as a reminder. Urges will subside after a while of feeling it. Also putting a note of your top reason for quitting in your wallet where you see it helps. Good luck!

Tis product is not a cure all, but you can tell that it is working in your head. I have not smoked tobacco since I started using these but the key to my success is the use of herbs as a smoking substitute because it fulfills your desire to go smoke while allowing you to d so without the addictive nicotine chemical. Anyway this product does work but you will still have cravings, the main thing that it helps is the jitters or anxiety that I got when I really wanted a lucky strike. I tried this product hoping for a cleaner safer way to quit smoking. The product worked for about 9 days until i couldn't take feeling sick to my stomach for a majority of the time. I wouldn't recommend this product by any means. Every time I ate something it came back up until i quit using the patch. I haven't had a problem since.

I ordered these because I did not want to use nicotine patches in my attempt to quit smoking; they didn't help. I am currently using an e-cigarette. Yes, it has nicotine in it, but I haven't had, or craved, a real cigarette in over two weeks. After doing research I have found that when I finally quit the nicotine there is really nothing that will help but time. I won't waste my money on these again.

I'm a neuroscientist and I don't know how they did it but it works like a charm! Take a relaxing break the first day you put it on, but then you'll adjust and every day will be stress-free: you won't want to smoke... but even if you did, these patches would still be helping you quit in the long run (unlike the regular nicotine patches)... Also, no negative cognitive effects (after that first day of acclimation), and you'll be so glad you took the easy way out with these quick and effective patches!

Ordered this for my husband. He's now on week 2 day 2 of no cigarettes. This man has been smoking for 20+ years and this is the first time he's been able to go without. This is not a magic patch. You have to WANT to quit, but he's fully convinced it is helping him!!
