I admit to being reluctant to spend this much money on an ice cream scoop but now that I've used it, I think it was money well spent. It works very well; just hold it in your hand for about 15-30 seconds and then scoop out hard ice cream easier than you've ever experienced.

Other than working as promised, it has no moving parts to break as I've experienced with others. I'm reasonably sure this will be the last scoop I ever buy!

I bought the 3-oz and think it's the perfect size for eating the ice cream from a dish. The 4-ox would have been too large. The smaller sizes might be perfect for cones.

I've read some negative reviews but most of those idiots put it in the dishwasher or other extremely hot water in spite of warnings only a blind person could miss. All you need to do is rinse it off in tap water when you're done and let it air dry.

This ice cream scoop lives up to every claim. It glides through ice cream and makes perfect scoops. I mostly eat ice cream cones and the 3-ounce scoop is just the right size. My ice cream cones look like advertising pictures now. I love that you can scoop a lot of ice cream and it never starts sticking. This is one of my most satisfying gadget purchases ever.

This product claims to require almost no effort in scooping ice cream and that the ice cream slides right off. It stil requires a decent amount of wrist action and you need to shake the scooper a bit to release the ice cream. Make sure you shake the scooper to get the fluid moving and heat conducted - the scooper works much better this way.

I was very pleased with this scoop and will be purchasing another to replace my original. We happily utilized this scoop until it was accidentally placed in the dishwasher by a family member that was unaware that it should not have been. Sadly, the scoop died a horrible death as a result. Please note that I absolutely do not hold the manufacturer responsible for this, and only want to recommend that you clearly read the care and usage instructions provided with it. If you suspect that you or your family members may be prone to forgetting it should not go in the dishwasher, I would not recommend you purchase this scoop.

I was not sure what size to originally purchase and ended up being very happy with the 3oz size. It is larger than other scoops I have used in the past and I found it to be a nice upgrade, especially if you are serving into bowls as we do in our household (we never eat cones.) I can not honestly say that I noticed a life-changing difference from the fluid, even with warming it up in my hands for nearly a minute before, but I also can't say anything bad about it. The handle is a good size and I did find this scoop to be a pleasure to use. The finish on it seems to make a difference in clean up and I will echo what several others have stated - you need only to run it under some warm water for a few seconds and it cleans up with considerable ease.

If you would like an excellent quality ice cream scoop and think you can follow the care and usage instructions, I would recommend this scoop to you.

OK, if you are talking about ice cream scoops then obviously there are some topics that you have missed. However, since we are (talking about ice cream scoops), this one is great.

We've been using this thing about a month and we love it! It does what it's supposed to do, and as someone who always bought their scoops on the cheap at the grocery store (or wherever), I have to say you just don't know what you're missing until you get a really good product in your hands. Like any good tool, it does cost a bit more. But once you use it, you won't want to go back to cheap scoops. And it has the "feel" of a quality product, like it could last for years. Recommended!

This is the first time that I have had a decent ice cream scoop in 56 years on the planet. Yes, it is more expensive than the other ones I have had, but, the other ones worked sooooooo poorly. This one is well worth the money.
I can't see ever needing another one and I don't mind hand washing at all.
I get beautiful round picture perfect round scoops that release easily.

We've had several scoops and this one seems to have all of best features tied together. Its ergonomic and has a nice, large scoop that's sturdy and sharp enough to get through everything. We've found it helps to run it under hot water for a few seconds. The heat feature really retains the warmth.. and it sears through the hardest/coldest ice cream like noneother.. and we've owned a lot of them. And the price and uniqueness of all of this makes it a really great gift!

This is the best ice cream scoop that you will ever use. It's the only ice cream scoop that we ever used in our ice cream shoppe. It's durable and easy to use. If you want it to stay nice looking don't put it in the dish washer. Scoops hard ice cream with ease.

I find the 3 ounce a little big for me I think we should have gone with the 2 ounce but other than that it's perfect.

Excellent scoop, just don't put it in the dishwasher. Makes the perfect ice cream shop scoops. Zeroll is supposed to be the best you can buy. I think I will have this for years to come!
