Never fully cooks pasta.Pasta taste tacky.Yuk!Yes ,I do know how to follow instructions,since I'm a Euro can mechanic.And have to follow complicated instructions every day.Threw it recycle bin yesterday.Save your money,I got burned.

I think this item is good in theory, but didn't hit the mark.
I will continue to cook spagetti in a pot. So far I have not
liked the finished product. Save your money.
