I would have probably given this a 4 star review but gave 5 to balance out the ridiculous 1 star review (which I guess they deleted since I wrote this). I really wish they had released this bundle earlier. We have all of the items included in it and they are very good picks from the assortment that is available. Not to mention that you can not get the patches hamster except in the certain bundles. This is worth well over $100. If you count in the the many, many trips of standing in line to get these items one by one (due to the limits and hard to get factor) I could have saved a whole lot of time, energy and money!

Whats in the box:
Two hamsters: Mr squiggles and Patches. Good choices of the 5 available
Funhouse: Mandatory for any hamster accessories or good just on its own. Activates certain noises on the hamster based on which "room" its in
Hamster wheel: It doesn't move as fast as advertised but is nice in that it keeps the hamster in the funhouse setting. Hamster gets on the wheel and off pretty good on its own without getting stuck.
Garage and car: My kid loves this one but you need a little room for the car to run around. It doesn't do well transitioning from hardwood to carpet. Gets stuck on the lip of the carpet
Hamster Ball: Again my kid loves this one (and so do I) but it comes apart easily. Might want to consider super gluing it together
Sleep dome: just what it sounds like. A little pod to go to sleep in.

If you were going to invest in zhu zhu hamsters and the accessories this might be the way to go. I spent over $150 getting the stuff individually for my kids. But I also spent a LOT of time and energy trying to get them at retail. The going price of this right now seems to be about $200 (some even less). Not really all that bad a price... from my experience.

I purchased this as a way to get the accessories all in one place at a retail price. The bonus was we got Patches who isn't available to purchase seperately.
I set this up in the kitchen and the zhu zhu's work well. The hamster city box opened easily and all the pieces are easy to get to, and once you figure out what goes to what, it isn't too hard to put together. Each accessory comes with a paper and you build them all seperately.
The first thing I put together was the ball--well I attempted to put the ball together. The little nobs that you are suppossed to match up do not match up well. The nobs are not big enough and just fall off. I have a lot of patience but was ready to throw this away! With some assistance on getting it to stay together, I grabbed clear tape and secured the seams with it and it seems to be staying put! It comes with a stabalizer to put on the hamster so he doesn't tip in the ball, and it doesn't work well. It just sits there and you hope it will stay put. Then you have to put the hamster in the ball, and push the button and try and get the lid on without the stablizer coming off. Once he gets going, it is very cute! But if you bump it around, the hamster falls over. This was the biggest disappointment and is just made too cheaply.
Next I put the fun house together and it was simple. The hamster works well in it and each hamster reacts differently to the house.
I then assembled the wheel and the hamster goes into it just as it should and it runs quickly, but it gets stuck coming back out so needs assistance. I then put the sleep dome in but it doesn't stay closed well. I added tape but once the hamster goes to sleep we have to grab his tag and pull him out. You are suppossed to open the dome but it didn't look good not being closed, that is why we added tape. I have noticed Patches moves quickly and doesn't fall asleep as he should. He just bounces around in there.
The car/garage was easy to assemble and works most of the time, and is very cute, but the hamster has to align just right to make it work properly. Some hamsters work better than others--I think it has to do with battery strength.
It is a hit at our home. All Zhu Zhu's work as they should. It makes my son smile, and the dog has a blast barking at all the hamsters. If you can get this for retail, it is worth the money, just wish they would fix the ball so it works!!!!

I bought this for my daughter because she wanted it for her Zhu Zhu pets; however, I was very dissapointed at how cheaply it is made. The plastic is flimsy, it takes forever to put together and then it falls apart constantly. I would maybe spend $20 on it, but not $200!!
