The product was shipped promptly, but did not work at all upon arrival. I had read a similar review previously about this particular store and toy. I highly recommend that you do not buy a product from In Demand Toys.

This is a great toy, especially when you purchase the accessories. Watch the Hamsters in their own playful environment. A lot more fun than the real thing!

was very disappointed.when my son took the toy from the box to play with it,it was broken.put in new batteries,and still didn't work.money down the drain.
