I agree with the previous reviewer. This stuff works!

Sometimes the air can get dry here where I live and my nose will get stuffy. When that happens it's hard for me to sleep. Call it a symptom of sleep apnea. One shot of this stuff opens up my nasal passages and I CAN BREATH!

Note: You don't have to tilt your head back. If you do, you'll get a mouth full of this medicine. Yuk! It doesn't taste to good. :) All you have to do is spray a couple shots UP the nasal passage 15 minutes before you go to bed. And before you know it your nasal passages are OPEN!

I have severe sinusitis, recently so bad that I literally had no breathing ability through my nose - zero. I tried this for the first time recently, after having used EVERYTHING under the sun, both orally and inhaled.

Within a few seconds, there was a good amount of burning - if you've ever had a sinus infection, it's the "good" burn usually associated with sniffing salt water, etc. Within a few minutes, my nasal passages were *completely* clear like never before, and the sinus pressure was virtually gone. And as gross as it sounds, you'll be able to just blow out all of that crap in your sinuses. And it's a gel form, so you don't get that nasty Afrin-like liquid in your throat.

I can't believe I'm reviewing nose spray, but this one takes the cake. Expensive, but worth every penny! Be sure to read the directions, you don't tilt your head up like you do with Afrin.
