I love the Zicam sinus relief (& extreme congestion relief). I say its like Drano for your nose. It has worked for me every time, no matter how congested my nose is. I can sleep through the night and take those important naps to get back to 100%. If I could only have 1 drug when I have a cold, its this!

This is the only product I have found that actually opens up my nose so I can breathe. It doesn't last 12 hours but I couldn't breathe through my nose without it.

I get a stuffy nose a lot from colds and allergies. This product really works to clear my sinuses so I can breathe. It is strong enough to help me when I have a severe cold. It's a gel, so there's not much drip. I will sometimes use it in one or both nostrils before bedtime so I can breathe. It does not work a full 12-hours for me, more like 6 - 8 hours.

Unlike the other reviewers I didn't like this product. I found it to be extremely strong, it stung and burned for several minutes after I used it and I could feel and taste it all night; it was so unpleasant I woke up in the middle of the night because I could still feel it. Besides being too strong it didn't seem to ease my breathing at all. It may work for others, but I found that it irritiated my already very sensitive nose. I tried this because I am nervous about stronger prescription nasal sprays, but this was as strong and far more unpleasant to use than any of the prescription sprays I've used. I threw it away, I won't use this again.
