Buyer Beware - don't expect help if something goes wrong.

If something goes wrong with it don't expect any help from their customer service department. Repeated attempts to contact them are only met with silence. I received my Zike in late May, rode it for two weeks and it broke right on a weld as you can see in the photo attached to this review. I immediately contract Zike and explained what had happened. Their customer service responded once with a promise to get back to me by the Monday following my email. That was on June 10th. I have repeatedly sent them emails since then to find out when I can expect a response and there has been no response to date. It is now July 11th and they have still not responded. I can only imagine that their strategy is to ignore the problem in the hope that I will eventually just stop requesting a response to my problem. I have read other reviews that point out that they have a very poor customer service department. I guess it's true.
