I ordered two of them and they both broke within a matter of days. Both toys were used by adults so there wasn't any excessive pulling or stretching of the bands. In one case the band came off one end and we spent the next 20 minutes trying to reattach only to find out that the orange brace separated from the back of the toy. In the second case the band actually broke off rendering the toy useless. All of the happened within about 20 pulls.. Not a well make toy! I'm going to see if Amazon can take these back for a full refund.

We saw the Zyclone on the David Letterman Show. My wife and I could not find it anywhere except on Amazon. She likes it as well. We just wish that it came with more than one disk to shoot. I definitely think it is a great toy to purchase. It is very durable and easy to use. Yes, I am nearly thirty but I guess my wife and I are still kids at heart.

This gun really works. It shoots the ring farther than expected. I shot it off my back deck the first time, and it landed in a tree a good distance away. It is pretty amazing. Don't know how long it will last. So far so good. Don't want to make it sound as if it's not well made...it seems to be. But, with just 2 days of shooting it....so far so good!

I bought this specifically for my physically challenged students. Not only does this keep them engaged in an activity, it also requires peer interaction since someone has to be at the opposite end to retrieve the cylinder. AND, my regular P.E. students like this too...although they tend to end up shooting eachother at a point blank range...the cylinders hold up!

We've been shooting this thing around the house since Christmas (last couple weeks) and so far it is holding up fine, even though we are constantly slamming the disk into the wall. I wouldn't recommend this toy for a kid who is too little to know not to shoot anyone in the face with it, as it would probably hurt quite a bit.

As with most toys, this one had my boys (8 and 10) attention for a day or two. Fun for the first few shots, but interest quickly waned after that.

The air foil does not fly very far - perhaps 10 feet. I'm happy I did not buy this toy. It was given to me as a sample. We had more fun putting the air foil on our heads and wearing it like a crown! As an alternative, I'd suggest the Zing Air Z-Curve Bow. It is an amazing little bow and arrow. We've had TONS of fun with it.

It shoots ring they don't go super far or do anything special. The price seems to high for the play value.

It made Christmas day a much more active day. We actually played together for a while.

The older boys wanted more power, of course.

I was very pleased with the durability of the launcher. The bands are inserted strongly where they need to be. The ring was quite durable.

The physics of this thing, though, means that it's going to head towards a tree, the roof of a house, any place very, very high that you can't reach. You are going to need some way of retrieving the wayward hoop. We used a ladder and a fishing pole to get it off the roof of the garage and a rope to knock it out of a tree.

Best bet: find yourself an open field to play with this. Second best: talk your parents into letting you shoot it indoors.

Though the toy is very durable, the hoop did not survive very well when our puppy decided it was a chew toy. Fortunately, the makers of this toy realized that there are really tall roofs and really naughty puppies, so I will be buying a Zing Ring to replace the chew toy.
